Shipping Policy

Where we ship We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping rates

• Orders up to £100: £4.95 (flat rate)
• Orders £100 and over: Free shipping

Delivery service All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically delivers within 2-3 business days of dispatch.

Order processing Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of payment being confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking your order Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item.

Delays While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including Royal Mail delays or busy periods such as public holidays. We appreciate your patience in these instances.

Lost or damaged parcels If your order hasn't arrived within 5 business days of your expected delivery date, or if your item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@funkyseagull.co.uk and we'll do our best to resolve the issue quickly (please see separate Return & Refund Policy page).
